クリントン、米本土海軍港を中国に譲渡

米国とは？ #ラテンアメリカ情勢

昨日の私の記事の続編です。

今回は、何と、クリントン大統領が米海軍基地であったカルフォルニアのロングビーチ軍港を中国に貸与したことです。

敵に米国本土の軍港を使用させるなどという、とんでもないことが起きていたのです。

（注）ロングビーチ軍港を中国に貸与とは真っ赤な嘘で、実はクリントン大統領はロングビーチ軍港を中国に売り、何とロングビーチ軍港は中国の領土となっていたのです。そのことは後日稿を改めて私のブログ記事に書いています。

Chinese Got Long Beach Deal!

中国は格安でロングビーチを手に入れた！！

LONG BEACH DESK - The Long Beach Naval Station was tentatively placed on the Military Base Closure-List by president George Bush in 1991. President Bill Clinton, closed the naval base last in 1993. That resulted in the loss to Long Beach, California of 17,500 military and civilian jobs.

1991年、ジョージ·ブッシュ大統領はロングビーチ海軍基地を暫定的に軍事基地閉鎖·リストに載せ、1993年、クリントン大統領がその海軍基地を閉鎖しました。

その閉鎖で、ロングビーチと17,500人の軍隊のカリフォルニア州と民間の仕事に損失をもたらしました。

The economic impact of the of loss was $52.5 million and drove the California economy into the tank.
It has never recovered.
 
損失の経済的影響は5250万ドルでカリフォルニアの経済は水没。 
それが回復したことがありません。

Between 1995-1996, during the heat of the Clinton-Gore Campaign fund raising activity, the Clinton administration actively intervened to make sure a Communist Chinese cargo container shipping interest got a too-good deal on a Long Beach, California, shipping terminal.

1995-1996年の間、クリントン=ゴアは中国から選挙資金をかき集めるために、クリントン政権は共産主義中国政府の中国遠洋運輸（株）がカリフォルニアのロングビーチを船荷ターミナルとして使えるように積極的に介在しました。

The Secretary of the Navy has formally turned the base over to the City of Long Beach.

海軍長官はロングビーチ市に正式に拠点（ロングビーチ海軍基地）を明け渡しました。

But, the Port of Long Beach has signed a letter of intent to lease the property to the China Ocean Shipping Co., a steamship line run by the Communist Chinese government.

しかし、ロングビーチ港は、共産主義の中国政府によって運営される汽船会社である中国海上輸送社に港をリースする同意書に署名しました。

The Navy base property is about to be leased to a Communist China-owned shipping company under an agreement that was only made possible by the intervention of the White House.

海軍基地のロングビーチ港は共産中国が所有する船会社にリースされるのはホワイトハウス（クリントン）の介入によって可能となったものです。

Clinton was so eager to push the deal through that he met twice with Long Beach officials and once at a White House meeting in 1995 that included his then-chief of staff and the Pentagon's No. 2 official and others.

クリントン氏はロングビーチの関係者に２度会い、彼の当時の首席補佐官とペンタゴンのNo.2などと1995年にホワイトハウスでの会合でその取引の促進を熱望していました。

The deal finally approved by the Secretary of the Navy turns over control of the Long Beach Naval Station, with a value of at least $65 million, free of charge to the City of Long Beach.

最終的には海軍長官が承認した取引では、少なくとも6,500万ドルの価値があるロングビーチ海軍基地の支配をロングビーチ市に無償で渡しました。 

The city has agreed to lease it to the China Ocean Shipping Co. of the People's Republic of China.

市は中華人民共和国の中国遠洋運輸（株）にそれをリースすることで合意し　　　　　　　（つづく）

中国から選挙用の政治資金を入手したクリントンとその妻ヒラリー・クリントンは、その後も中国からの政治資金を集めます。

そして今、中国のための政治活動をしているのが、次期大統領のヒラリー・クリントンなのです。

そのことだけでも、尖閣諸島への中国の侵略やそれに対しての国内での安倍首相の動きがシナリオに基づいていることを推測出来るでしょう。

尚、このロングビーチ軍港では、中国の軍艦が目撃されていたとのことです。
