米国：韓国軍変態注意事項
これまでは、出所不明の『米軍による韓国兵の扱いマニュアル』（下記の①～⑥）がありましたが、最近はどうなっているのかを調べてみました。
①韓国人には強気で押せ。抵抗する場合は大声で命令しろ。
②命令を聞かない場合は身体で解らせろ。
③同じことを繰り返す場合、犬のように何回でも同じように叱れ。こちらが上ということを身体で解らせろ。
④理由は聞くな。どうせ大したことは言っていない。
⑤身体で解らせた場合、根に持つ場合があるので、後で身辺には気をつけて行動しろ。但し、徹底的に解らせる迄、手を抜いてはいけない。
⑥相手は3才児と思い、信用したり頼りにはするな。重要な仕事は任せるな。
やはりありました。これは今年２０１８年１月版、米軍の指揮官への韓国軍（第八軍）取り扱いの回覧状です。やはり韓国人特有の『火病』と『性的異常』さを、米軍（ペンタゴイン）は指摘しています。

RESPONSE & PREVENTION (SHARP)
A sexual predator within your formation is an internal asymmetric threat to every individual Soldier in your unit.
Sexual Assault is an attack on your unit readiness and is a crime that must be reported immediately to the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC).
Commanders have an affirmative duty to report any allegation of Sexual Assault to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID).

Upon notification of a reported Sexual Assault, the SARC will immediately assign a VA, initiate the appropriate care and treatment, and report the Sexual Assault to law enforcement as well as the chain of command if not done already.

指揮官は、犯罪調査部（CID）に性的暴行の申し立てを報告する積極的な義務を負っている。
